About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Manager to join a dynamic team and drive the optimisation of supplier performance across multiple contracts. This role requires expertise in quality management, performance analysis, and risk management, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently and align with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
KPI Handbook Development: Refine and enhance the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Handbook for future contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine how data will be collected, analysed, and utilised for root cause identification, impact analysis, and mitigation implementation.
Contract Reporting: Enable robust reporting of supplier performance across various levels including contract, supplier, category, project, and portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Commercial Alignment: Ensure KPIs are aligned with proposed contract commercial models to drive consistency and effective supplier management.
Supplier Performance Management Training: Co-develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with Commercial and Project teams. Focus on technical and behavioural training to enhance supplier performance using objective data and fostering a collaborative management approach.
Risk Management Process: Collaborate with the Commercial Risk Manager to design and implement an effective risk management methodology, ensuring consistent application across all commercial engagements.
Key Skills & Experience:
Quality Management Experience: Proven experience in quality or performance management within a commercial or frontline environment.
NEC Contract Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of NEC (or equivalent) contracts, with hands-on experience in effective contract management.
Risk Management Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to apply effective risk identification, root cause analysis, and proportionate mitigation strategies to manage risks successfully.
Strategic Supplier Management: Highly collaborative approach to strategic supplier management, with a track record of leveraging data insights to drive commercial performance.
Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate commercial insights even from incomplete datasets.
