Our client, an international facilities services business, currently have an opportunity for a Divisional Commercial Manager, They have a fast growing commercial department and offer fantastic development and progression opportunities for commercial professionals. The company have a long and successful history of delivering large projects to predominantly private sectors businesses.

 

The role holder will have the opportunity to lead the commercial negotiation of new business with both new and existing clients. This role will be responsible for leading contract negotiations for deals across multiple market sectors within the company. Ideally you will have prior experience in either IT or Data centre services markets.

 

The role:

 

Act as a trusted commercial adviser providing comprehensive commercial guidance to the deal leadership team.

Design & implement winning commercial strategies across the different departments.

Get involved & provide oversight for the biggest framework bids & proposals.

Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.

Define and develop the correlation between the contractual terms, the pricing structure and the solution.

Confidently draft bespoke contracts independently of legal

 

The person:

 

Experience of working in a pre contract signature environment.

Experience of working closely with finance, operations and technical specialists.

Sector experience is not essential.

Experience of negotiation with customer.

Good on both the legals and financials.
