Job Details
Interim Legal Counsel (France) to support high-value global outsourcing and facilities management contracts.
We’re looking for a commercially minded lawyer qualified in France with strong experience in commercial contracts, outsourcing, projects and stakeholder management in an international environment.
Key areas include:
- Negotiating and supporting complex MSAs & Local Country Agreements
- Advising on commercial, operational and legal risk
- Working closely with global legal, ops and commercial teams
- Supporting fast-paced, multinational transactions
Requirements:
- France-qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE
- Strong commercial/contracts background
- Knowledge of GDPR and French transfer of undertakings rules (Article L.1224-1)
- Fluent English & French
Hybrid/remote role with occasional travel and Paris office presence.
