Location: Portsmouth (infrequent travel)
Rate: High Assignment Rate (Outside IR35)

We’re looking for a fast-paced, innovative Procurement Professional to support a growing organisation across a range of complex and high-profile procurements.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, works at pace and is comfortable challenging traditional procurement approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity across a range of projects.
- Develop creative and innovative procurement strategies that deliver commercial value.
- Apply PA23 knowledge confidently.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop practical, outcome-focused solutions.
- Use digital tools, data and innovative approaches to improve procurement outcomes.
- Manage suppliers, commercial risk and procurement governance.
- Deliver complex and time-critical procurements through to contract award.
About You
- Experienced procurement professional who is comfortable working at pace.
- Strong practical knowledge and experience of PA23.
- Innovative, commercially minded and willing to challenge conventional approaches.
- Experience in digital, technology and/or defence procurement highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Must hold current MOD SC Security Clearance.
Full-time | Minimum 6-month engagement | Outside IR35 | Infrequent travel to Portsmouth and London
