Commercial Contract Manager – Remote (England) – £50-65k + Bonus

Birmingham office once a month, remainder remote

Strong experience reviewing, negotiating & drafting software contracts is essential.

Our client are an impressive and rapidly growing software business who are looking to add to their commercial and legal team with someone who is keen to learn from the best and further develop their skillset and career.

The role:

  • Act as a trusted commercial adviser providing comprehensive commercial guidance to the deal leadership team.
  • Identify the risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.
  • Define and develop the correlation between the contractual terms, the pricing structure, and the solution.
  • Review, negotiate and draft terms on both bespoke and framework agreements.

NB – This is not a sales or procurement role; you will need to demonstrate excellent commercial/legal and contract management skills in the interview process.
