A leading global services business is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to support a fast moving portfolio of contracts across London and the South East predominantly. This is a senior commercial role partnering with leadership across sales, operations and finance, with responsibility for negotiating complex contracts, supporting major bids, and ensuring strong commercial governance across a variety of private sector clients.

A critical requirement for this role is strong experience working in a customer facing commercial role including negotiation, interpretation and commercial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations on major contracts, bids and re-tenders
• Provide commercial oversight across complex infrastructure programmes
• Manage contractual risk and governance across the portfolio
• Act as a senior commercial advisor to operational and sales teams
• Support delivery teams in managing contractual agreements

What’s On Offer

• Strong background in commercial / contract management within infrastructure, Facilities services or a transferable industry (such as IT, Defence)
• Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and supporting complex bids
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes
