Commercial Solicitor (IT & Tech Sector / SaaS Contracts)

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + package depending on level of experience

Location: Hybrid – London or Manchester

We’re working with a leading organisation seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE) to join their growing legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work on high-quality, cutting-edge matters in the IT and technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on SaaS and technology agreements.
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal risk and compliance issues relating to the IT and tech sector.
• Supporting the business on complex projects and initiatives, providing clear, pragmatic advice.
• Working closely with external counsel where necessary and managing relationships effectively.

About You

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm or in-house team.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, ideally with a focus on SaaS and technology agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business.
