Contracts Manager
Location: Remote (occasional travel to Wiltshire – expenses covered)
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + £4,800 car allowance + 10% bonus

We’re supporting a leading technology services provider in the search for a Senior Contracts Manager to take ownership of a high-profile UK defence account, alongside an additional key contract.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in managing complex contractual relationships, driving commercial outcomes, and navigating high-value negotiations within a regulated environment.
The Role
You’ll be the primary contracts lead for a major UK defence customer, responsible for the full contract lifecycle across one core account and an additional contract. This includes:
- Leading complex contract negotiations and amendments
- Managing contract change processes and governance
- Handling dispute resolution and risk mitigation
- Acting as a key commercial partner to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring contractual compliance within a defence / regulated setting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in senior contract management roles
- Strong background in negotiation and contract change
- Experience managing high-value, complex agreements
- Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Ideally exposure to defence, government, or regulated sectors
