I’m working with a leading aviation organisation supporting critical UK operations, who are looking to appoint an Interim Head of Supply Chain into a key senior leadership role.
This is a high-impact position with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain strategy across a complex, highly regulated aerospace environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering supply chain strategy across materials, logistics, procurement, and supplier management
- Owning major supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and long-term commercial governance
- Driving operational readiness and aircraft availability through robust planning
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team across supply chain and logistics functions
- Managing significant budgets, inventory, and performance improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience across procurement, supply chain, and supplier management
- Strong commercial and contract management expertise within complex aviation or defence environments
- Experience of leading major Procurement / Supply Chain transformation programmes
- Experience operating in highly regulated industries (aerospace/defence desirable)
- Track record of delivering strategic value, cost optimisation, and operational performance
- Must have the full right to work in the UK and be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
