Are you a commercially-minded legal professional ready to take on a dynamic, cross-jurisdictional role? A leading provider of integrated facilities management services is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its EMEA operations.

About the Role

This role is central to supporting the EMEA legal operations of a major division specialising in facilities management and project services. Reporting directly to the General Counsel for EMEA, you’ll be involved in the entire lifecycle of complex commercial contracts, particularly under global Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and their local implementations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support on a wide range of commercial contracts, from bidding through negotiation to execution.
  • Draft and review Local Country Agreements (LCAs), ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.
  • Advise on legal issues across EMEA, working closely with internal stakeholders, local counsel, and operational teams.
  • Lead or support legal aspects of contract negotiations, including pricing, service levels, and governance.
  • Provide risk analysis, escalate concerns as needed, and proactively communicate relevant legal updates.
  • Deliver legal training and contribute to internal knowledge development.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
  • Solid experience in commercial and contract law, ideally across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements.
  • Comfortable advising on data protection issues and legal matters in dynamic, international settings.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Experience working in-house with a multinational organisation.
  • Knowledge of TUPE/Acquired Rights Directive and facilities management contracts.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing legal team with visibility across a growing and strategically significant business area. The role offers both autonomy and support, ideal for a lawyer looking to make a tangible business impact while developing their international legal expertise.
