Its innovative SaaS platform simplifies purchasing for large organisations worldwide, enabling buyers to transact seamlessly, vendors to get paid faster, and procurement teams to gain greater control and visibility.

Backed by leading global investors and operating in nearly 50 countries, the business serves major multinational organisations and continues to expand its international footprint. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their collaborative and high-performing Legal team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel (US-based), you will play a high-visibility role within a small, close-knit legal team, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance and other key stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including: SaaS agreements, Services agreements, Local adoption agreements, Vendor and supplier contracts
  • Provide strategic legal support on complex global commercial transactions
  • Advise on regulatory, compliance and operational matters as they arise
  • Partner with go-to-market and operations teams to proactively identify and manage legal risk
  • Support internal stakeholders in engaging and managing external service providers
  • Help develop and improve scalable contract processes and legal systems
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date legal documentation
  • Contribute to wider legal initiatives and special projects

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial/corporate law
  • Experience gained in a reputable law firm, with in-house experience strongly preferred
  • Strong experience negotiating global commercial agreements (ideally within SaaS or technology)
  • Exposure to data privacy matters (desirable but not essential)
