Arguile are working with a leading engineering organisation on a key programme who are actively looking for an experienced subcontract / supplier commercial professional.
The role:
You’ll play a key part in managing the commercial and contractual relationship with suppliers across a complex programme environment. This includes supporting procurement activity, negotiating contracts, and ensuring supplier performance aligns with delivery milestones.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the commercial aspects of subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Support RFQs, statements of work, and contract negotiations
• Monitor supplier performance, cost, and delivery against milestones
• Lead on change control, reporting, and commercial risk management
• Act as a key interface between project teams and external suppliers
What they’re looking for:
• Proven experience in subcontract or supplier management
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
• Background in engineering, defence, or complex project environments
• Ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Confident stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
