Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for strategic impact and a track record of supporting complex client portfolios—particularly in the healthcare sector? We are supporting a leading global services provider, looking for an experienced commercial manager to join their London-based team, supporting a portfolio of high-profile UK accounts, including those in the healthcare space.

This is a high-impact role for someone with sharp commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset. You’ll act as a key commercial partner to operations, helping to mitigate risks, drive profitability, and ensure robust contract and supplier management—especially within the nuanced regulatory and operational demands of healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the commercial lead, managing customer relationships and overseeing contractual performance across healthcare and other sectors.
  • Provide strategic commercial guidance to divisional leadership to support profitable growth.
  • Drive compliance with commercial processes across the account, including SLAs, invoicing, and change control.
  • Support business development by negotiating and reviewing terms for maintenance and project contracts.
  • Manage supplier procurement and performance in line with corporate policy and delivery goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant pre- contract commercial experience
  • Demonstrable experience working with healthcare clients, understanding sector-specific compliance, risk, and service delivery expectations.
  • Experience with JCT and NEC3/4 contracts
  • A graduate or equivalent background with a proven record in commercial leadership.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with confidence in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to manage detail and deadlines under pressure while remaining strategically focused.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and documentation skills.
