Our client, a leading player in the defence technology sector, is seeking an experienced

candidate to join their high-performing team within a tech led defence programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects that shape global security excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Draft, review, and manage complex contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic input on risk management, pricing strategies, and commercial governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
  • Represent the commercial team in both UK-based and overseas engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a commercial/contracts role within aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industries. A legal background would be advantageous.
  • Ideally experience in the defence sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate confidently in a matrixed, multinational environment.
  • A commercially astute individual with a solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
