Senior Legal / Commercial Counsel – Remote (England) – £75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus

Remote working with office visits to the midlands.

A global SaaS business who has achieve significant growth over the last few years with further growth plans in place. This is a great opportunity for a pre-signature person to get stuck in straight away and make an impact, get involved in some high-profile complex negotiations/deals.

The Role:

  • Advise on the commercial implications.
  • Lead negotiations for all new contracts, working closely with the sales team.
  • Drafting from scratch and advising on contractual obligations.
  • Identify the risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.

The person:

  • Good broad understanding of commercial with the desire to further develop.
  • Experience of operating right across a business, from senior management to more junior levels.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Customer facing SaaS experience is essential.

NB – This is not a sales role; you will need to demonstrate excellent commercial & legal skills in the interview process.
