Supplier Business Manager (PR/007108)

Salary: £65,500–£72,700, + 10% Bonus

Location: Hybrid, Manchester, 8 days per month in the office

The Role:
We’re looking for a Supplier Business Manager to own a key supplier relationship, act as the main escalation point, and ensure top-tier performance in a regulated environment. You’ll manage disputes, deliver monthly reviews, and influence outcomes through strong relationships and clear, concise communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage suppliers end-to-end: onboarding, operational management, offboarding

• Lead monthly supplier performance reviews and report against contract and regulatory requirements
• Resolve issues and act as the first point of escalation
• Collaborate across teams on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and performance
• What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a regulated or service-based environment
• Strong stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills
• Supplier performance oversight, escalation, and improvement experience
• Financial awareness: budgeting, forecasting, reporting
• Clear, concise communicator, proactive, and accountable
