Supplier Business Manager
Location: Hybrid – Manchester (8 days per month)
Salary: £65,400 – £72,700 + Up to 20% Bonus

The Role:
We’re looking for a Supplier Business Manager to own a key supplier relationship, act as the main escalation point, and ensure top-tier performance in a regulated environment. You’ll manage disputes, deliver monthly reviews, and influence outcomes through strong relationships and clear, concise communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage suppliers end-to-end: onboarding, operational management, offboarding
- Lead monthly supplier performance reviews and report against contract and regulatory requirements
- Resolve issues and act as the first point of escalation
- Collaborate across teams on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a regulated or service-based environment
- Strong stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills
- Supplier performance oversight, escalation, and improvement experience
- Financial awareness: budgeting, forecasting, reporting
- Clear, concise communicator, proactive, and accountable
