Join a newly established defence joint venture as it builds and scales a best-in-class procurement and supply chain function. This is a unique opportunity to shape a greenfield supplier assurance capability within a complex, high-value defence and maritime environment.

As a Senior Supplier Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for designing, building, and leading a robust supplier assurance function. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that suppliers are compliant, secure, high-performing, and capable of delivering mission-critical products and services, while also supporting localisation and wider industrial growth objectives.

You will lead supplier risk assessments, audits, and performance management activities, driving continuous quality improvement across the supply base. The role also covers cyber and regulatory compliance, as well as developing supplier capability to meet evolving operational and strategic requirements.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 10+ years in supplier quality, assurance, or third-party risk management within defence, maritime, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries. You’ll bring strong leadership capability, a proactive approach to risk, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, evolving organisation.
