We are seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain Manager to support a high-profile programme within a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional with strong public sector experience and an active DV clearance to join a critical project on an 18-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain activities across complex programmes and projects.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support operational and programme objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies, resilience, and value throughout the supply chain.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and service delivery.
- Support procurement and commercial teams in supplier engagement and contract management activities.
Essential Experience
- Active DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
- Significant experience operating as a Supply Chain Manager within the public sector.
- Proven track record working in highly regulated environments, such as defence, nuclear, aerospace, government, or similar sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing complex supplier networks and supply chain risk.
- Excellent understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, infrastructure, defence, or government programmes.

We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of complex defence and technology programmes. This role will focus on post-contract management, Qualified Defence Contracts (QDCs), commercial governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across a range of strategic customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and negotiation of Qualified Defence Contracts (QDCs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Develop commercial deal structures in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contractual risk, compliance, contract changes, extensions, and governance approvals.
- Support contract delivery, dispute resolution, and delay management.
- Produce commercial reports, contract documentation, and risk assessments.
- Deliver contractual reporting and participate in customer and governance meetings.
- Provide commercial support to bids, proposals, and business growth activities.
- Mentor and support other commercial team members.
Experience Required
- Proven commercial or contract management experience within defence, technology, or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of QDCs and single-source contracting.
- Experience managing complex contract negotiations and governance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of commercial risk management and contract compliance.
