Commercial Manager – Hybrid Role – Bristol – PR006447
£60-70k + Bonus
We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options, this will be hybrid working in the Bristol area with UK travel every other week. This position provides the perfect balance between working from home and collaborating with colleagues on-site, offering flexibility alongside a competitive salary and bonus package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract and Project Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
