An established global organisation operating within the 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 is seeking an 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 π‚π¨π¦π¦πžπ«πœπ’πšπ₯ 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead a range of commercial and contractual activities across both government and industry engagements.

You will act as a key commercial interface for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and compliance across all contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial and contractual support across B2G and B2B engagements.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of complex agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨π₯ regulations (ITAR, EAR, and UK Export Regulations).
  • Manage adherence to MOD frameworks and subcontracting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on risk management and best practice.
  • Support the development of commercial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

About You:

  • Strong background in commercial or contracts management within the 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.
  • Working knowledge of export control and MOD contracting frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to compliance and risk.
