The Role:

As a Senior Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in managing and negotiating contracts for cyber security services, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic business decisions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive commercial success in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support commercial activities across cyber security contracts in financial services.
• Negotiate, draft, and review agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Provide commercial guidance to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal teams to support business objectives.

About You:

• Proven experience in a commercial/contracts management role.
• Understanding of cyber security services and financial sector regulations.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
