Arguile: Still Talent-Focused — Now with Added Delivery Firepower

At Arguile, we’ve always been proud of our strength in recruitment — and that’s not changing. But the world our clients operate in is changing, and so are the challenges they face. That’s why Arguile is evolving. Our core business remains the same: helping organisations hire exceptional talent across commercial, procurement, legal, infrastructure, defence and digital sectors.

But alongside this, we’re now delivering something new — and increasingly in demand.

Evolution

Over the past 18 months, several of our clients approached us with more complex challenges — not just “who to hire”, but how to deliver. In several cases, these clients had struggled to find the right support through large consultancies or niche service providers. They came to us instead — and asked: Can you build and deliver a full team to solve this?

We said yes. And we delivered.

This wasn’t a leap

This wasn’t a leap — it was a natural extension of our strengths. We already had the networks, the delivery model, and the experience to build outcome-based teams. In one early example, we delivered a team of over 20 people on a Statement of Work (SoW) basis — with clear deliverables and accountability. That project was a success — and it’s opened the door to more. Particularly in the public sector, where demand is growing for agile, experienced teams who can get things done — without the red tape.

To support this direction, we’re delighted to welcome Gavin Leigh as Commercial Lead. Gavin brings deep experience in shaping and delivering large-scale public sector projects — and will take point on all commercial negotiations across the group. His appointment marks a step-change in our ability to design, price, and lead outcome-based delivery engagements.

So what does this mean?

• If you know us as a recruitment partner — we still are.

Permanent hires, contingent labour, IR35-compliant assignments — that’s still the core of our business and it always will be.

• If you need more than just people — we now deliver solutions.

Whether it’s building entire project teams, managing outcomes under SoW, or acting as a true capability partner, we can now deliver value beyond recruitment alone.

• If you’re in the public sector — we speak your language.

We understand the need for value, speed, accountability, and senior-level capability. Our expanding delivery model is built with that in mind.

Why the change in name?

You may notice we’re dropping the word Search from our trading name. While recruitment remains central to who we are, Arguile is now more than that, and we want our name to reflect the broader capability we offer.
